Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Reasons for return may include: 

  • Cancel an order
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Faulty manufacturing or broken after use
  • Change of heart
  • Exchange
  • Wrong product received

How do I return?

  • Email your order number and list the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive an email within 5 -7 working days with confirmation and the return shipping label. 
  • Package the product, and affix the shipping label and drop off at the nearest United States Postal Office. 
  • If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund. We always do our best to get the best possible shipping rate for returns.

What items are returnable? 

  • Most items including but not limited to apparel, footwear, and accessories may be returned within 30 days from the date product is received. 
  • Must be unused and re-sellable condition
  • Must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • All safety equipment including but not limited to:
    • Helmets
    • Air vests
    • Air canisters
  • Customizable/embroidered Items
  • Horse care products 
  • Horse supplements and feed
  • Worn or used products
  • Final sale or discounted products

What if the item was damaged on arrival? 

If the purchased product is damaged on arrival, please contact or call (702) 686-5512 within 7 -10 days of the delivered date.

What if you received the wrong product by mistake?

If you believe you received a different product than you ordered, please contact or call (702) 686-5512. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants (i.e. size, color etc.), please contact or call (702) 686-5512. Once the exchange request is approved and the item has been returned, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What if the item is faulty after use?

If the purchased product is faulty after use please contact or call (702) 686-5512. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact or call (702) 686-5512. Most items ship with in 10 business days or sooner. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
